Meet The Group
Jan Peshke

"They may never remember what you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel."
Jan is a long time resident of Adrian. After graduating from Adrian College Jan stayed in the area to live and raise a family. She retired from teaching at Tecumseh Public Schools in 2000 and is currently a part time adjunct faculty member at Siena Heights University.
Jan was Joe Wagley's assistant for 2 years before getting her own real estate license. She is a Buyers Agent in The Wagley Group and has earned her ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation. Her passion in Real Estate is to make purchasing property comfortable for her buyers. Buyers need to stay informed about the process and Jan is a good communicator. She is a "people" person who is patient with home buyers looking for that "perfect" home.
"Aspire to Inspire before you Expire."
Jan is a member of the Lenawee County Board of Realtors and a member of the Michigan and National Realtor Association.
Doug Boyse

Doug grew up in Hillsdale, Michigan and later attended Adrian College. Doug was fortunate to meet Nancy Sell prior to the start of classes and their picture was taken for a publication. About two years later they dated and were married prior to their senior year. They chose to go to Port Huron where Doug taught high school seniors. Four years later when the school millage failed they returned to Adrian and Doug worked at Adrian College in the Admissions Office, Financial Aid Office and was Registrar for most of his 31 years there.
Doug and Nancy have three children and four grandchildren. After their children were in school Nancy became a teacher with the Adrian Community Nursery. They both retired early to move their parents from Onsted and Hillsdale to Adrian because they were in their late eighties and needed assistance.
In January 2004 Doug noticed an ad for a Realtor and remembered 10 years prior Joe Wagley asked him if he ever thought about selling real estate. Doug called Joe and when they met Joe said that obtaining a real estate license was the first step.
Today Doug is very pleased he joined the real estate profession. He has always enjoyed his work, but it is a bit easier to connect with clients in purchasing a home than it is in helping students purchase a higher education.
Carolin Pyzik

Carolin and her husband Roger have lived in Lenawee County since the 1970's. Roger's family owned a cottage on Evans Lake from the 1950's into the early 1980's. Carolin and Roger have also lived on Killarney Lake and currently reside on Little Stoney Lake. These lakes are located in the heart of the Irish Hills recreation area. They have two grown sons, 5 grandchildren and 5 great granddaughters.
Roger is retired from construction as a Millwright and Project Manager. Carolin is active with Trinity Baptist Church in Adrian Township. She is also involved with the media library and is certified to sign for the deaf.
Carolin believes it is true we need "To Always Listen, To Always Care, and To Always Deliver". Not just because that is the mission statement for The Wagley Group but because it is who we are in our daily lives to all the people we meet and those we desire to help with any real estate need.
